Creating a longer lifespan for existing assets that are at the end of their economic life provides an opportunity to prevent disruptions in the short term, achieve more efficient business operations in the medium term, or make a more responsible strategic choice for new assets in the long term. KH Engineering ensures that your assets are turned around and ready for the future. To this end, proven project methods have been developed for adaptations relating to revamps, the replacement of process installations or control systems, opening up of blocked initiatives due to tied up assets and capacity enhancement.

We provide installations, source analysis, fire fighting, NEN3140, Atex and WBDA (Pressure Equipment (Commodities Act) Decree). These project methods are specifically designed to realise the client’s objectives and provide transparency in the progress made in terms of design, budget and construction supervision.

With a responsible, positive approach towards asset Lifetime Extension, owners contribute to the current (Inter)national sustainability programme and, in doing so, often create a better balance sheet position than if they were to scrap existing installations and build new ones.
